About the Photographer

Alan Williams has been photographing seriously for more than 35 years, working in such diverse fields as portraiture, weddings, advertising, nature close-ups, landscape, motion picture, and experimental photographic processes. His photography, including his Photo-Abstractions, has won numerous awards in competitions. He is a past member of Professional Photographers of America, the Photographic Society of America, the National Stereoscopic Association, Associated Photographers International, and the Society of Motion Picture and Television Engineers. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from California Polytechnic State University and has resided in Downey, California for over fifty-five years.
